Use and licences
These terms explain the licences for the upcoming sale of Peovelle products. Ordering and payment are still closed. Final sales terms will be provided before purchase.
One manager per licence
An individual licence allows one manager to use the purchased product personally within the team or teams they directly manage. An employer may pay for the purchase; this does not create an organisation-wide licence.
Working with your own team
You may apply the exercises, complete worksheets and use the worksheets intended for this purpose with your own employees under your guidance. You may keep a backup and print materials for this permitted use. Employees do not need separate manager licences for these activities.
Other managers and multiple licences
Every other manager using the product independently needs a separate licence. With multiple purchased licences, the file may be shared with the corresponding number of managers. The limit applies to each product; a bundle does not grant rights to other products.
Uses that are not permitted
Do not distribute the full PDF outside the licensed group or place it on a company network, intranet or public website with unrestricted access. Access in a restricted environment is allowed only for licensed managers. Reselling or distributing the materials as your own product is not permitted. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Organisation use
For more than 10 managers or organisation-wide training, request a business licence at hello@peovelle.com. The users, products and permitted use will be agreed in writing beforehand.
Personal identification in the PDF
A personal identification with the licence holder and order number is being prepared for sales. Payment details and email addresses will not be printed on the pages. This identifies the purchase associated with the file; it is not a technical copying restriction.
Unauthorised use
We first investigate concrete indications of unauthorised use. We may ask for unauthorised distribution to stop and for appropriate licences to cover the use. Proven infringement may lead to legal remedies and a substantiated damages claim. There is no automatic fine. A watermark alone does not prove who shared a file.
